We have a large group of kids coming this Wednesday, August 7. They may have 27 if they all attend, and I would expect some adults to also be present.

They plan on arriving at 12:30. With the construction and limited parking near the club, It would be nice if we can start setting up at 11:30 or noon.

They plan on leaving by 3 pm.

So far we have 5 people signed up to help, but could a few more.
